Not the temples of Michelin-star ego or white-glove pretension, but the places where the food, the room, and the people all conspire to make something you’ll remember.

The meals that stay with you aren’t the ones fussed over for Instagram, they’re the ones eaten in spaces with soul, where tradition and experimentation knock elbows, where the environment matters as much as what’s on the plate.
